Ron is amazing. He combines energy, compassion and an attention to detail that is unsurpassed. The home I made an offer on had only been on the market for a day and it ended up with three competing offers. But because of his professionalism, the listing agent knew that she wanted to work with us and we were able to get our offer presented and accepted. Didn’t even have to get in a bidding war.
The Realtor you use DOES matter.
Just had the chance to use RTR again. I listed my home I purchased from him 4 years ago after finding a new home that better fits my needs now. Again, he does what he says he is going to do, he understands just what we are looking for (almost better than we do). Finds it and puts the deals together.
