TLDR Version: Ron listed our house and had a contract within 1 week. Ron then found us a perfect house to move into during a whirlwind Saturday of seeing 11 homes by multiple builders. He negotiated hard and got us a new washer, dryer, & fridge! He responds to texts and emails 24×7. Ron is the man! Regular Version: We asked Ron to be our realtor after we called him up to see a house we saw on Zillow that he was the agent for. We are extremely glad we did. He motivated us to get our house ready to sell, he followed up the perfect amount, and he spotted attempts in offers to undermine our sale when people tried to sneak into offers that we would bring $10k to pay closing costs (which would have effectively reduced our selling price by $10k). We had a contract on our house in 1 week after listing, but when that fell through due to an issue with the buyer’s documentation, Ron kept us motivated and got us another contract within one week of going back to available for sale. Once we had the contract, Ron took us all around our desired area and we saw over 11 homes on a whirl-wind tour. When none of the homes on our favorites list seemed acceptable he used some incredible intuition and took us to a builder that wasn’t on our radar and found us a great move-in ready home. Ron negotiated with the builder reps (who were also very helpful and wonderful) and they agreed to provide a new Cabrio washer/dryer, & Whirlpool stainless steel french door fridge with ice & water dispensers.Ron has been a great realtor. He is energetic, ALWAYS available 24/7 (no exaggeration). Ron responded to texts & emails all times of the day and night and stayed in the loop throughout the whole process. It is amazing the difference between a professional and an amateur realtor. They get the same commission regardless of how much experience they have so why on earth someone would go with a part time realtor is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and hire Ron to be your agent.
