Ron definitely earned his money during our home buying and selling experience, but he proved he was worth every penny of it. We met with Ron in January to discuss putting our Oviedo house on the market in March. Ron specializes in the Windermere, Dr. Phillips, and Winter Garden areas, so Oviedo was not a market he was familiar with. In addition, we imposed a few conditions, which would make this more of a challenge for Ron. Fortunately, he was up for the challenge. At the same time, we asked Ron to find us a home in Windermere. The first condition was that we wanted both the buying and selling closings to be coordinated for the same day. Our goal was to put our house on the market while we were on vacation out of the country in March. While on vacation, we would be boarding our dogs so we felt it was the perfect time for home buyers to view the home without the hassle of scheduling ahead. Our next condition was that we would not accept offers until we returned so that we would not have to worry about signing documents while on vacation. Ron took care of everything. We had multiple offers pour in. Another condition was that we wanted to move in June to allow our son to finish the school year. Unfortunately, the first buyer pulled out of the deal. Within 2-3 days, Ron had another buyer. Once again, after 45 days, this buyer had to pull out of the deal as well. We were in a panic, especially because Ron was able to get us into our dream home and we were set to close in 3 weeks. In the quintessential Ron the Realtor way, he had multiple buyers lined up, and within 2 days, we had multiple offers. In the end, Ron found us a buyer who could not only close within 3 weeks, but also allowed us to remain in our home for an additional three weeks while our new home underwent renovations. I don’t know how he does it, but Ron the Realtor is a miracle worker.
