This guy is a machine. I read about Ron on Facebook one day and thought I’d give him a shot on a transaction I needed to make on a home. We talked for a little bit back and forth the first day or two and he never stopped working for us after that. When I say machine, I mean he was working non-stop and on top of everything from beginning to end. If an issue came up, it rarely got to me, and if it did, it was only for notification, as he fought for everything we received. The ultimate moment was when a day before the home hit the market, he asked us for an hour to show the home, as he had been showing teasers of the home to fellow realtors. The home was under contract in 2hrs after hitting the market. AMAZING!!. Before you think Maybe the house was just nice….there are currently other homes in that same neighborhood (same model, same price range) still sitting on the market more than 60 days. So needless to say, if you need a realtor in the Windermere/Winter Garden area…..Look for RTR!
