Selling is an art. Selling real estate is probably one of the most complicated ones. Selling real estate on a market full of uncertainty, high rates and lots of fake news is not a easy task. If I have to compare the amount of attention to detail and professionalism RTR put into every aspect of the process with an artist, I’m not afraid to say that he is the Picasso of all realtors. Not one time he said “I can’t do” or “I don’t know the answer” or “you are not going to get that”. He only knows solutions and positive answers. Got me top money for my house on the slowest month of the year, 3 offers to choose from, post occupancy contingency and then some some time so we didn’t have to move twice. Can’t really express how grateful we are for having the best by our side. Can’t forget he was also always available for any questions at any time and always making sure everything was going smooth on the new construction. Can’t forget he’s a true car guy and drives only the fastest machines out these so he will never be late if you need him. To be honest the only thing missing is a full burnout in front of the new house so I can tell all of my friends and family that “My realtor is a lot cooler than yours”.
