Ron the Realtor…it should be Ron the Magician. This guy is AMAZING. He got me way over asking, free post occupancy, and literally handled EVERYTHING.
Case in point, he even turned into a locksmith. While out of town, my deadbolt kicked the bucket in the middle of my showings. He dropped everything he was doing, drove to Lowes, bought new locks, and changed them out for me.
My expectations were high for him (watch his social media videos… they are awesome)! However, he blew past all of my expectations; the amount he puts into marketing/photos/videos is what you see on million dollar listings – he does it for everyone. As a seller, you pay the same – why not use someone who is going to market your home to the highest level.
