Ron is amazing. Not only did he accurately calculate the value of the house we were buying – tens of thousands less than the asking price- but he was amazing at putting together the offer in such a way that the seller accepted our initial low offer. After that he followed thru diligently on every detail of the transaction to make sure it was a smooth, and extremely fast, closing. I’ve never had an agent who has worked so hard for the customer. Lastly, Ron has contacts everywhere. We used 4-5 people he recommended to us for different projects and they were all excellent.
